I Customer Provides Optical Requirements:
1. Lens dimensions;
2. Optical requirements (beam angle specifications), target IES file is preferred if available;
3. Luminous efficacy requirements;
4. LED light source model;
5. Assembly drawing;
6. Lens material requirement (PC or PMMA);
7. Application scenario;
8. Other special requirements.

II Optical Design Report:
BFO Optics's outstanding optical design team will develop lenses based on customer's optical requirements. The design process is typically completed within 2-5 working days, and a detailed design report will be submitted to the customer upon completion.

III Structural Design:
Upon customer's approval of the design result, BFO Optics will proceed with lens structural design and provide drawings for customer confirmation (based on the customer's assembly drawings or other relevant documents/drawings supporting structural design).

IV Structural Confirmation:
After drawing completion, the customer is required to verify the following:
1. No conflicts between the lens structure and their PCB;
2. No conflicts between the lens structure and the luminaire structure;
3. No conflicts between the lens structure and component positions;
4. Confirmation of other relevant information.

V Mold Product Quotation:
1. Pricing depends on mold size and product complexity;
2. Quotation includes formal mold cost and prototype mold cost(Prototype mold is optional, determined by mold complexity).

VI Customer's Mold Order:
After quotation confirmation, the customer issues a formal purchase order contract.

VII Payment:
BFO Optics provides proforma invoice and payment details. Mold production will commence upon receipt of full payment.

VIII Mold Manufacturing Production:
Mold production requires 30-35 working days. After mold completion, trial molding will be conducted, and sample products will be shipped to the customer for inspection.

IX Sample Approval:
Customer confirms and approves the sample, verifying that the optical performance and structure fully comply with the design specifications.

X Mass Production:
If the sample passes inspection, the process proceeds as follows:
1. Customer places mass production order;
2. BFO Optics prepares proforma invoice;
3. Customer makes payment;
4. BFO Optics initiates mass production.
